A semi-wireless ring-in system consists of 2 or more wireless team transmitters and a set of wired
hand-held buzzers that are plugged into a team transmitter:
Each team transmitter is designated for a particular team (Team 1, Team 2, etc.). Each plug on
the side of a team transmitter corresponds to a player on that team. For example, if you are
playing a competition format with 4 players on a team, plug wired hand-held buzzers into plugs 1-4 on each team transmitter.

This way, if the wire ever breaks, you don't need to replace the buzzer as well. All you need to do
is purchase another wire from a local store.
